Barzaga's Molina participation is limited to Children's Medical Services (CMS) Medicaid and CMS CHIP. This does not mean we accept every Molina Medicaid, Marketplace, or other Molina plan.
Coverage depends on your child's specific Medicaid plan, eligibility, provider network, and applicable ABA requirements. Share the plan name so our team can check the next steps.
