Apply for this role ↗As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will lead the clinical care of the children we serve. You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, supervise our BCaBAs and RBTs, and partner with families so every child can reach their full potential.
What you will do
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments
- Design, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor BCaBAs and RBTs
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Prepare treatment reports and support insurance authorizations
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
- Completion of BACB-verified coursework and supervised fieldwork
- Maintenance of BACB continuing education requirements
- Florida Medicaid provider enrollment, or willingness to complete it
- Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home and school sessions
- Experience supervising RBTs and working with children with autism is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
